massaging areas with acne. Daily facial massage with lymphatic drainage is
helpful for achieving clear skin.

face forward, morning is great. If you want to relax and wind down for
improved sleep quality, night is great.

Not recommended. Facial massage can enhance the absorption of skincare products which is good if you are using moisturizing products with nourishing ingredients. However, if you are using cleansing products, this can cause irritated, sensitive skin as cleansing agents are
meant to be rinsed off.

The recommendation is to wait at least 2 weeks after cosmetic procedures like Botox
or fillers before you resume facial massage/exercise routines. Consult
